- top-down information acquisition from the molecular cell phenotype to the genome level by differential single cell screens in diseased versus reference individuals. Hypothesis driven parameter selection is used for the cytometric information acquisition in combination with hypothesis-free exhaustive bioinformatic data analysis to access new knowledge spaces inaccessible to a-priori traditional hypothesis formulation.
